We will be meeting at City Hall for 11:45am - Flag Raising Ceremony with a Proclamation Presentation to begin at 12 noon with the Bubbles of Love event. Deputy Mayor and City Councillors as well as two special guest speakers: One of Canada's Leading Experts in Parental Alienation and Family Law, Brian Ludmer and a long time Advocate on a Quest for Equality, President of CAFE, Dr. James Brown.
We ask that you bring your own creative bubbles, maybe a purple balloon or two. We also ask that you wear something purple - purple scarf or tie, purple t-shirt or top...

A day full of fun for all kids. We will blow soap bubbles and we will make watercolor drawings with our family!
We are joining our voices for the children of all divorced or separated parents on 23rd April 2016 for the 2nd Annual Event in Cyprus for the International Day of Parental Alienation Awareness. We will remind to all, that all children deserve to be loved and
have the right to communicate with BOTH parents, siblings and extended family in honor of Parental Alienation Awareness Day!
There will be various activities for children such as free soap bubbles and facepainting for all children, sweets and waterpainting. Famous actors, musicians, singers, athletes, polititians and journalist will be attending the event throughout the day.

500 Balloons will leave the city of Lille (France)with messages of hope from parents, grand-parents and other people, victims of parental alienation or joining our legitimate cause, as well as children who were victims in the past and every body fighting for the recognition of this mental abuse and violence, to prevent it to continue and happen.
Local medias and politicians who have the power to make the law change for this recognition and to take the measures to fight against PA will be invited too.
Last year we had balloons which have been flying to the North-East direction and have reached in few hours Belgium, Netherlands and even Germany.
The balloon released from the Parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas in Lille on April 25 and landed in the area of Wesel (Germany) has traveled the longest distance that was communicated to us, which is more or less 320 km.
According to the winds this year 2016, balloons could go again in the same direction or over UK or to the South direction of France. Let's see...!

In addition to the balloons operation which will be organized in the afternoon, official signature(s) of proclamation to recognize April 25th to be the International day against parental alienation, will be operated by several Mayors and Parliament Members from the North of France, front of medias and people present. This first step should permit to sensibilize the government on the parental alienation which is a severe psychological abuse and consequently needs to be included inside the French Family Law (Civil Code), to permit to protect children and the alienated parents and grand-parents and get assistance for them and to permit finally the judges to sentence on parental alienation cases.

On April 25th
Light a candle for the victims of Parental Alienation/Parental Alienation (PA) and in support of Parental Alienation Awareness Day (PAAD). Light a candle to symbolize the light at the end of the tunnel, where alienated children and "target" parents may find their way back through the darkness to a healthy and loving relationship that endures.
On April 25th, light a candle, say a prayer or have a moment of silence for the child victims of Parental Alienation. If your own children are victims, light a candle for each of them.
Let's work together to fight our way back through the darkness! Our children deserve the love of both of their parents!
Invite all your friends and family to this event. Let's help protect our children from Parental Alienation by promoting awareness and creating an open dialog, locally, nationally and internationally.
