On last Saturday a group of 16 people met in front of the highest court the judiciary of the State of São Paulo, Brazil, seeking the effective implementation of that law that provides that in case of divorce the Shared Guard should be the Guard type normally applied.

We organize the free conference: PA, PAS and problems of the separated child, which will be held in the afternoon and free individual
consultations for alienated children, alienated parents and adult children od divorced parents which will be supported by psychologist,
lawyer, judiciary mediator and pedagogue. Those consultations will be held in the morning.
During the event we want to arrange a special open room for children with toys and drawing equipment, where separated parents will be taking
care of children of visiting our event parents.

Community Forum focuses on Parental Alienation as Child Abuse
April has been designated as National Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness about child abuse and neglect and to encourage individuals and communities to support healthy children and families. A local grassroots initiative announces a free community forum that will focus on raising awareness of Parental Alienation and Parental Alienation Syndrome, a highly-controversial and cruel form of child abuse that affects approximately fifteen percent of the children involved in high-conflict divorce and child custody cases.
Wikipedia defines Parental Alienation (PA) as “any behavior by a parent, a child’s mother or father, whether conscious or unconscious, that could create alienation in the relationship between a child and the other parent”. April has been proclaimed "National Child Abuse Awareness Month" and April 25 has been proclaimed "Parental Alienation Awareness Day" in many states across the nation. Governor Bill Ritter has been asked to sign a similar Proclamation for Colorado.
